When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your location and postal service efficiency. Please note that during peak seasons, it may take up to 6 additional days before your order is dispatched. At this time, we do not offer pickup points for order collection.

My order is incomplete?
It’s important to understand that due to our multiple storage locations and partnerships with various producers, you may receive different items in separate packages. So, if some items arrive earlier than others, there’s no need for concern. Our average delivery window remains 3 to 5 weeks, although certain packages may take slightly longer. If you haven’t received your entire order within 45 business days after your purchase, we will initiate a full refund for you. And you may keep any items that do arrive subsequently.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders swiftly, typically within 12 hours of placement. Therefore, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@electronook.com within this time frame. Unfortunately, modifications cannot be made after 12 hours, as your order will likely have already been dispatched by then.

The item I received is broken/defective
Even with our careful selection of trusted carriers, there may be instances where your package arrives damaged. If you find that the item is defective or has arrived in a less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us at info@electronook.com, including the following details in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defective product)
  • A photo or video capturing the problem
  • The good news is that you will not need to return the product. We will provide a refund for your order directly in the form of a voucher. If you prefer a different method of refund, just let us know, and we’ll accommodate your request.
